If Jon Snow survives, what will he be like?

If you’ve already watched the end of Game of Throne’s Season 5,  you would be aware that Jon Snow, played by Kit Harington, met an unfortunate end at the hands of his own men, members of his Night’s Watch unhappy about his recent decisions. The big question that the Season 6 poster seems to have already answered is whether he’ll be returning from the dead. The blood splattered face on a lot of the advertisements from HBO clearly suggests yes. They certainly left the door wide open with one of the final scenes of Season 5 showing Melisandre, the Red Priestess, not far away. Could her odd religion resurrect him? And if she does, what will the consequences be? Will Jon Snow be a half zombie, half man? Some type of slave to her powers? A hollow shell? A madman seeking revenge on those who have betrayed him? Will he simply abandon the Night’s Watch completely and give up trying to defend his people against the coming winter and the return of the night walkers?

The recently released trailer reveals little, but we don’t have long to wait. Game of Thrones Season 6 starts April 24, 2016 on HBO. Watch the short trailer below.  Let me know if you can work out what the trailer means. I have no idea.

Glad he’s still alive. Although the revival was pathetic. She basically just combed his hair a bit, said a few words and then he opened his eyes. I hope this season improves from here.
